About this object
Frame is rectangular with top edge slightly curved. The jade is pale green and carved in a design of leaves and flowers. In each corner is an oval carved medallion, two in jade, two in carnelian. Each medallion is framed by a chased gilt metal corner. At top center are carved two small birds and pot of flowers. Frame contains a black and white photograph mounted on paperboard of Ellen Brevoort MacNeille in 1957 wearing her wedding gown for her marriage to Captain George Dudley Iverson V, USA.
