Grant of Nobility made out to Captain K.F. Anikiev, son of Khludenov, by Empress Elizabeth I (Elizaveta Petrovna). Grant is handwritten in script on parchment with gold borders. At front in watercolor is the Imperial coat of arms. At back in same medium is the coat of arms granted to Captain Anikiev. Between the leaves of parchment are the original pink silks to protect the writing. The cover has the original 18th century brocade. Attached by the original cord is the orginal red seal in silver gilt box with the imperial coat of arms in repousse on the cover of the silver box.
