A still life is arranged on a red marble table with a carved wood edge that can be seen at the bottom of the painting. On top of the table is an ornate metal tazza, with a design in high relief. In the tazza, is a peach, a leaf and a plum. Next to the tazza, on the right is a basket with bunches of purple and white grapes, leaves and a peach inside it. On the table near the basket are two strawberries. The background has a green drapery at the upper left, covering part of a wall. To the right is a small rectangle of sky and clouds seen through a window.
