Driving across the center of the scarf is the royal coach going towards Westminster Abbey in the left distance. The royal crown is at the upper left. Around the edge is a large blue border with several items scattered across it. In the lower left is the monogram EIIR with the crown above it. Around the edge clockwise is the English coat-of-arms, a flag, the scepter, another double coat of arms, another bugle with a flag hanging from it, another standing flag, and crossed flags lying down.
