About this object

Three white pillow edgings with white work embroidery in two scrolls of flowers on either side of an insertion. The insertion is of needle lace and the design is of a geometric square with a spider motif. There are five rows of isolated bars in openwork embroidery. One of the edgings has a monogram MPC embroidered. The other two have had that part cut off.
