About this object

The mull is made from a rams horn which is rather pale in color with striated markings. The end is carved into the shape of a thin animals head and has eyes. The hinge and rim are made in silver and depicts a thistle with leaves. There is a small rectangular plaue at the top of the thistle which is not inscribed.
