About this object

Irregular shaped boxes have each on the cover an openwork panel with cupid shooting a wild animal, all in rococo scrolls. Rest of covers have floral and leaf scrolls in red only. Sides have panels engraved with leaves, flowers and rosettes, red alternating with green. One has clasp missing.
