About this object
The frame of the backgammon board is made in wood. The outer panels are made in black textured imitation leather. Inside there is a wooden border with two narrow bands of inlaid wood. One is colored black and beige, and the other in multi colors. The game board is made from cork which has been painted with red and black sections. It contains red and white plastic chips. The board folds in two sections which are hinged and it is held closed by two metal latches.
