About this object

The side chair is curved in a balloon shape on the back. In the center of the top slat is a bunch of carved grapes. There is one slat with a carved motif in the middle, and a serpentine apron. The legs are plain with a modified cabriole, that ends in pad feet with a small peg at the bottom. The seat is upholstered in needlework in a bold geometric design in red, dark blue and white.
