About this object

The armchair is made in the Regency style. The back is open with two back slats, each with an openwork medallion in its center. The arms are curved in scrolls. There is a cane woven seat, and a carved apron in the front. The stretchers are plain except for one turned stretcher in the front. It has slightly splayed legs which are thin and slightly curved.
