About this object
The statuette shows winged Cupid standing. He is painted in a flesh color with brownish hair adorned with a crown of pink roses. He wears a strip of violet cloth with a green string around his waist. He leans on a column to his left and with a golden arrow points to an inscription on the tablet. The column is draped with swags of leaves and is bordered in gold. On top of the column is a white mask behind the tablet. The column has designs at both top and bottom edges, and narrows towards the top. The circular base has a meander and rosette design in gold.
