About this object
The vase is two-handled with a splay foot. It has a pale blue background with gold designs. On one side in white is a medallion with a portrait head of Elizabeth II facing to the left. Around her is a border of laurel leaves with a British crown at the top. On a gold banderole below is an inscription in black. On the opposite side in a medallion against gold is a monogram. this is also surrounded by laurel leaves and topped by a British cornw. The handles are gilded and are shaped into a linear square shape. The pedestal foot is decorated with a leaf design. The bottom edge is gilded.
