About this object

The deep oval bowls have elaborate handles on each end. The decoration is very elaborate and one has more gold decoration than the other. The lower part of the sides is white with gold acroteria with garlands. The upper part has a maroon ground with oval medallions reserved in white with flowers in color. Swags of drapery near the rim. The handles are blue with bell flowers in white. Inside are scatterings of flowers.
