About this object

A partially glazed porcelain figurine of a glazier dressed in a beige-colored hat, blue blouse, white apron, blue and white striped trousers, and black boots. He carries a box of windowpanes in his right hand and a white bundle under his left (it is not clear if these are tools wrapped in a cloth, window putty or something else). The ground is painted in natural colors and is gilded around the edges.
