About this object

In center on white ground is a red star outlined in gold and containing symbols of labor, a hammer and a plow. This was one of the earliest symbols of the Workers and Peasants Red Army, in which Adamovich served in 1919. Below is a cipher of the Russian Federation (Cyrillic initials RSFSR) in gold. Around the white area is a gold engraved band. The rim is in cobalt blue decorated with implements of labor in gold, a sickle and wheat, a fish net and a fish, measuring instruments, machine parts, a hammer and nails and a scythe.
