Saucer is shaped like a Kovsh. Border has old Russian motifs in red, green and blue on a gold ground. The handle has the Russian Imperial eagle in black on a gold ground. The cup is shaped like a charka. The handle has similar old Russian motifs on a gold ground. Around the sides are medallions formed again with similar old Russian strapwork motifs. Within the medallion on the front is a cipher [transcription] with the Imperial crown above. The other two have the black Russian Imperial eagle on a gold ground, for Grand Duke Konstantin.
