About this object
In center is a light green medallion with the initials of the Tsar Paul I and his wife, Maria Foedorovna, surmounted by the Imperial crown all in gold. The gold frame with a bowknot at the top is intertwined with a purplish garland of leaves and flowers. The border has the same pale green. On this is a band of alternately gold and purplish which is interwoven with a garland of flowers and leaves in the same purplish color. The edge is in gold.
