About this object

The ground is turquoise-blue, the center is painted with a cluster of flowers and fruit in natural color on a white ground, the rim has three oval panels reserved in white each containing a spray of flowers in natural color, strings of gilt bellflowers (husks?) encircle the rim inner edge and form nine wreaths on the rim, three between each reserve.
