The ground is turquoise-blue, the edge is slightly scalloped, in the center on a white ground is a cluster of flowers including 2 large pink roses, a tulip and a spray of bluets painted in natural color, on the rim are three oval panels reserved in white each containing a spray of flowers in natural color, each panel is framed with rococo scrolls and hatched panels flanked with a spray of flowers, all in gold.
