About this object

This plate is part of a set of three all similarly decorated. In the center on white is a cluster of flowers. Around this is a delicate vine of leaves and berries with a super-imposed blue circle. The rim is deep yellow outlined in gold and with a garland of roses through which weaves a blue ribbon.
