About this object

The vase is urn shaped with a fluted finial on the lid and a band of diagonal diamond cutting separated by two bands of large thumbprint facetting. At the top of the bowl is a band of chanelling with same cut diamond pattern as on lid on the main part of the bowl. On the bottom of the bowl are wide facets. It has a baluster stem and a square plinth base.
