About this object

The overall shape of the vase is of a tapered cylinder in red overlay. The top edge is scalloped. There are four circular medallions containing diamond shapes at top of vase, below, four swags. The lower half of the vase is cut overall with columns of small horizontal lozenges between vertical bands.
