About this object

Lower part of bowl is channelled and single knop of stem is facetted. Bowl is decorated with the double-headed eagle above crossed anchors. A shield containing St. George slaying the dragon is placed on the eagle's chest. Eagle's crown is placed between the two heads rather than above it.
