About this object
The bowl of the goblet is divided into two parts, the lower half cut with diamond pattern and the upper with delicate engravings and a cartouche with a profile portrait of Empress Alexandra Fedorovna, wife of Nicholas I, looking left. Her name is inscribed in Cyrillic below the cartouche. To the right and left of the medallion is a branch of oak with leaves and acorns, while on the opposite side there is an empty cartouche with floral swags on the right and left. The flat foot is star shaped with a sun burst engraved underneath.
