About this object

At bottom is a gold band and at top are two gold bands enclosing a series of fleurettes partly engraved and partly gilded. On front is a medallion with gilded border and inside is a gilded monogram. On one side of medallion walking upward is a fly and on the other a fly walking away. On opposite side ia a similar medallion with inscription.
