Base has gilt and and stem is many sided. On front is a view of the monument of Alexander I behind the Winter Palace in silver with a gold background. On lower part of the rest are alternate gold and silver bands. On upper part are some floral motifs on a gold ground. Lip and upper part of interior are gilded.
