About this object
Conical bowl is engraved on one side with the double headed eagle surmounted by the three imperial crowns. On the side is the cipher of Elizabeth I (Elizaveta Petrovna) surmounted by the imperial crown. Between these are sprays of flowers. The base of the bowl is faceted. The three-knopped baluster stem is faceted and comprises two small proper knops--the first being smaller than the second--above an inverted baluster stem knop. There is a continuous decorative bubble within the stem. The base is plain.
