The perfume bottle has an egg-shaped crystal urn which is engraved around the top and rests on a pedestal foot. At the top is a gold mounting engraved with a laurel wreath topped by a crystal stopper. The bloodstone base is part of a column and rests on a rectangular plinth mounted also in gold.
