The seal is rectangular in shape. It rests on a circular base. The cover is ribbed and has downward curving sides. There is a incurving area that connects to the wider, square central body of the seal which is ribbed. Below this is a smotth areas that connects to the pedestal foot. The foot has channelling on its upper area, then a diamond cut knob, a plain collar, then a ribbed foot, all resting on a round base. The base is cut.
