Inverted saucer shaped (unfurled) parasol with blue, white and red yarn woven across sixteen steel ribs and strechers. Steel open cap and runner. Tips covered in dark blue plastic. Wood veneer tube and brass top/bottom springs. Crooked dark green plastic handle.
