Rectangular, white, cotton flat sheet with a wide waved appliqué band with curved rows of varied size circles. Above are two crossed flags and Sea Cloud embroidered in white thread. On either side of the flags are appliquéd stars with a cut out in the center filled with a lace net. The opposite, faggoted hem is stamped CR4.
