Ivory rectangular cotton pillowcase with insert net/lace panels with a floral pattern. Border has a cotton appliqué border of wave patterns, trefoils, fleurs, repeating in a pattern. Near the center of the case is an embroidered crest with the motto, spiritus gladius in a banner. The back has closure with 6 mother of pearl buttons.
