Silver medal with right profile bust of Emperor Alexander III. Down the right side is an inscription. Down the left side is a laurel branch. Reverse has the dates 1881, 1894 with an imperial crown above and a cross below. Medal is suspended by a doubled silver wire from a red silk moiré bow.
