Gilt metal cross pattée red enameled arms between which are gilt eagle and two crossed swords passing through the center of the cross, the gilt beaded rimmed central medallion is green cloissonne with the figure of St. Alexander Nevsky in gold with a red cape on a white horse. Hand of the Lords is also in gold. Reverse is plain matte gilt metal. Whole is suspended from a detailed gilt imperial crown.
