About this object

The necklace is composed of thirty-eight pear-shaped diamonds, 262 round diamonds, and ninety oval and pear-shaped cabochon turquoises mounted in platinum. It is designed as a series of oval-shaped cabochon turquoises alternating with clusters of round and pear-shaped diamonds. The front supports a fringe of eleven graduated cabochon turquoise drops, each within a pear-shaped cabochon turquoise and round diamond surround. The drops are surmounted by trefoils of round and pear-shaped diamonds. The clasp features three graduated pear-shaped cabochon turquoises suspended from round and pear-shaped diamonds.
