About this object

Around tumbler is a complicated design in formalized flowers and leaves in translucent blue, red, white, green and rose plique a jour enamel. Rim is decorated with a row of translucent blue dots alternating with yellow ones. On bottom is a six pointed rosette in translucent red enamel against a ground of white and pale blue.
