At tip of handle is bust of Abraham Lincoln in low relief. Below this are some leaf scrolls. In bowl is a low relief with four men seated around a table and two standing behind, inscribed SIgning the Emancipation Proclamation Jan. 1 1863. On back isnscribed POST and March 15, 1892.
