The gorget has a lunar shape. On the front is the double headed Imperial eagle with feathers oxidized silver and the crowns and the beaks of the eagles in red enamel. On the breast of the eagle is a white enamel medallion with two letters and the Imperial crown in gilding. To the right and left are various trophies and a caduceus in silver gilt.
