Virtual Girl Scout Program: Garden Journeys

Join us for a dynamic and engaging afternoon of Girl Scout fun from the comfort of your own home!

Girl Scouts engage in playful activities and draw a design for their own dream garden, as they explore the beauty, tranquility, and whimsy of Hillwood’s Japanese-style garden and French parterre through high quality images, led by a trained museum educator.

Come prepared with paper and a drawing implement (such as pencil, crayons, or markers) to use during the program.

Program activities meet the following requirements to earn the Junior Gardener Badge:
•    Step 1: Visit a garden
•    Step 2: Explore garden design
•    Step 3: Learn how to choose garden plants

This program is limited to a maximum of 40 Girl Scouts and a minimum of five Girl Scouts must be enrolled for the program to take place.
