About this object

The figurine shows three birds of different sizes perched on a tree stump. The largest bird stands to the left and the two smaller ones stand lower and to the right. Two of the birds have their wings extended as if ready to fly away. The tree stump is gnarled and has a few leaves attached to it. The wooden base is carved like the roots of trees.
