About this object

The vase is carved all over except around the neck. It is in three pieces. The round base is carved with floral and leaf motifs that form a pierced base. The main part of the vase in carved all over, except for the neck, with leaf and flower scrolls in low relief. There are three lotus blossoms in high relief around the center. At the neck are carved three handles from which dangle rings. The conical cover is also carved with floral motifs in low relief topped by a button of jade. There are three handles carved like lotus flowers with rings. Standing on a cloth covered base.
