Detailed, ornate engraving on buff paper. On one face in blue and brown ink a large architectural pediment with text at center, the imperial eagle at left, and at right the cipher of Nicholas II. On the other face in sienna ink the imperial eagle in a circular medallion at center over crossed oak and laurel branches. At right is text; at left the number one.
