About this object

Portrait, reproduction on paper of a gouache or crayon drawing. Kliment Voroshilov is seen seated, half length, facing front, wearing the uniform of a Marshall of the Soviet Union. The Order of Lenin and the Order of the Red Banner are pinned to the front of his uniform. His hands rest on a ceremonial sword of the Order of the Red Banner. The print has been colored with watercolors and placed a black, painted frame with an oval gilt rim around the opening.
