Small rectangular panel with wide border. Central portion is set much deeper into the panel. In the center of the icon are three bust-length figures: Christ Pantoctator in the center, Mother of God on the left and St. John the Baptist on the right. Figures are painted in in dark earthy tones of brown, black, burgundy and deep red. Background is mellow ivory color.
