Half-length portrait of Tsar Paul I, body to the left, face forward, dressed in a white wig. He wears a blue uniform with red collar. He has the sash and star of the order of St. Andrew. Emperor Paul is dressed in the uniform of the Preobrazhenskii Regiment. From his neck hangs the badges of the Order of St. Anna and the white Maltese cross (another one is pinned to his chest).
