At the left, a young girl crouches and opens her arms to receive the walking child. An old toothless woman is seated on a chair at the far left. There is an open arched doorway at the left with a landscape beyond. There is a hen and three chicks and a pot on the floor. There are various utensils on the wall with a fireplace at the right.
