About this object

Sleeveless evening gown with dropped waistline. The pale green silk charmeuse bodice is edged at the neck and shoulder with double faced silk organza in a flesh tone, giving the illusion of a bare shoulder. Bodice is trimmed with punched rhinestones. The layered, asymmetrically cut tulle skirt is embellished at center front waist with a flat rhinestone bow with two free hanging beaded ties. A separate silk charmeuse train, trimmed in the same rhinestone motif and lined with gold thread fabric, attaches at the shoulders by interior hooks. The dress could have been worn with or without the train.
