About this object

Short white cotton skirt is comprised of five horizontal white bands with inserted horizontal solid bands of color-black, teal, blue, green, yellow, and purple. Band inserted into the skirt of colored-orange, white, black, green, blue, teal, pink, and purple patches worked into geometric patterns simpler to the long skirt. The skirt if further decorated with thin cotton trim applied to the white skirt sections above and below the inserts. The skirt is gathered onto a wide waist band and closes in the center back with metal hooks and bars and a nylon zipper. Dry cleaning tag in center back safety pinned to garment. 341-7+1
