Long red skirt of cotton is comprised of four horizontal bands with inserted horizontal solid bands of color--yellow, black, pink, purple, white, and blue. Band inserts of colored--blue, yellow, red, and teal patchwork geometric patterns designed and made in the tradition of the Seminol Indians of Palm Beach, FL. The skirt is further decorated with thin cotton trim applied to the red skirt sections above and below the insets. A large black band is placed at the bottom of the skirt. The skirt is gathered onto a wide waist band and closes in the center back.
