About this object

Costume worn by Admiral Volov at 1903 Boyar Ball. Consists of coat, pants, shirt, sash, boots, hat and gloves. Pants are made of olive green silk satin. They are a replacement to the original costume. They are fully lined with cotton and have stirrup bands under the foot. There are two side pockets in the wide gathered top of the trousers and the legs are tapered.
